An exercise in light, colour and shape. Created in the studio with a collection of beWe do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Usually within two to five working days. On the product pages you will find an indication of the delivery time. If this deviates due to circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Return.

We advise you to check the contents of the package immediately upon receipt. We ship our products with the utmost care. If, against all expectations, there is any breakage or damage or the shipment is incomplete, we ask you to report this within 24 hours of receiving the package by email (with photo) or by telephone. Unfortunately, we can no longer process reports after 24 hours.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice attached. Please note: Shipping costs are for the buyer.

Refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping or order costs, will take place within a period of maximum 5 days after the article is received by WSQL in undamaged condition and original packaging. Refund will not take place:

  1. If the date has been changed or made illegible on the invoice.
  2. If changes have been made to or in the article by third parties.
  3. Damage caused intentionally or negligently.
  4. In case of external disaster such as lightning, earthquake, etc.
  5. Defects or wear resulting from negligent maintenance.
  6. Overheating due to an incandescent or halogen lamp that is too high in wattage.
  7. Exposure to humidity, extremes of heat or sunlight, or extreme cold.
  8. Indirect costs caused by the defective item being out of service are not eligible for reimbursement.
